What you should know before visiting a homoeopath

It would be fine if you take care of the following points:

  1. Note down all your symptoms; first those that bother you the most, then others.
Try to note against each symptom: (i) its date of start, (ii) what brings it on, (iii) what aggravates it and (iv) what relieves it?
  2. If you are currently taking any medicines, provide details about them with dosing schedules.
  3. List the diseases you have had in the past such as mumps, measles, pox, whooping cough, throat troubles, pneumonia, malaria, typhoid, etc. and current  medical conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.
  4. Have a look at the case submission form; this will give you a fair idea of what
the homoeopath would need to know in order to chalk out a personalized treatment strategy for you.
