Keloid

Ijaz Ahmed, Lahore (1)

My daughter, aged 25, has a keloid just under her breastbone. Injections and laser therapy has not helped. Perhaps homeopathy can.

From your description, your daughter’s case does not seem to be that of a keloid. Keloids are an overgrowth of scar tissue at the site of a skin injury, resulting from such skin injuries as surgical incisions, traumatic wounds, vaccination sites, burns, chickenpox, acne, or even minor scratches, therefore, there is no question of your daughter having “a keloid under her breastbone”. I would advise you to consult a good female homoeopath in your city. Should she feel the necessity, she may refer the case for the opinion of a chest surgeon or a dermatologist.

Keloid

Ijaz Ahmed, Lahore (2)
The scar on my daughter’s breast is not under the skin but above it just below the breast bone. It has been diagnosed as keloid by various leading skin specialists in Lahore. Treatments from creams and ointments to laser removal have been tried but to no avail.

Perhaps this clears any confusion caused by my last message.

I am sorry, I had misunderstood.

Injections, laser therapy and surgery seldom help keloids; homoeopathy does in some of the cases, depending on a number of factors. So, I would repeat, please consult a good female homoeopath in Lahore. For guidance on what to look for in a good homoeopath, please check the patient-guidance section of the website.
