Married for 10 years – no issue as husband has azoospermia
Two cysts left breast – first one at 3 o’clock position and measures 2.7 x 2.5 cm and the second one at 12 o’clock position and measures 1.7 x 0.6 cm – no pain – last report six months back

There is 1.0 x 0.8 cm well defined cystic area in left breast at 3’oclock position (advised clinical correlation and FNAC – echographically normal right breast
Ultrasound breasts dated 19-05-2011
There is 1.1 x .8 cm well defined cystic area in left breast at 3’oclck position (no change seen from the previous ultrasound. Echographically normal right breast
Ultrasound dated 17-04-2012
Subcutaneous a hpoechoic are seen at 12 oclock postion just above the nipple measuring 1.7 x .6 cm, another measuring 2.7 x 2.5 cm at 3 oclock position in the left breast
Normal ultrasound of right breast
Other problems:
Cough for two months
Throat irritation
Nostrils slightly blocked
Menses scanty and short lasting for 1-2 days
This time delayed by 13 days
Earlier late by 2-3 days
Depression?? As if would lose senses
As if a ball moving in the body – unable to locate the ball
Desire for sweets
Drinks less
Weeps
Worse noise
Wants to be alone
Depression after marriage
Late in falling asleep
Prefers summer
Does not like fan air

Has greatly improved by the grace of Allah
Cough removed the very second day, and with it throat irritation and blockage of nostrils also removed
Again cough for two days now after a cold drink

Acne face when her stomach is disturbed
Chest burning after eating, better after drinking milk
Oversensitive to what others say
Her problem is that her husband is azoospermatic. But in our society, man is always thought to be fertile and woman infertile. She also does not want to tell the women that her husband is infertitle. So when this topic is raised, she becomes sad and suffers silently
